目的分析2012年许昌市手足口病病原学型别与分布特征,为制定手足口病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法实验室检测采用Real-Time PCR法,用描述流病学方法对结果进行分析。结果共检测528例病例标本,阳性350份,阳性率为66.29%,其中EV71阳性171份,阳性率32.39%;CoxA16阳性85份,阳性率16.10%;其他肠病毒阳性94份,阳性率为17.80%。67例重症病例标本中,阳性47份,阳性率为70.15%,其中EV71阳性37份,阳性率为55.22%;CoxA16阳性3份,阳性率为4.48%;其他肠病毒阳性7份,阳性率为10.45%。结论 2012年许昌市手足病的主要病原体是EV71型,重症病例以EV71型感染为主,且存在较高比例的其他未知病原体。
Objective To analyze the etiological types and distribution characteristics of HFMD in Xuchang in 2012 and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control measures of HFMD. Methods Laboratory tests using Real-Time PCR method, using the description of the method of flow analysis of the results. Results A total of 528 cases were detected in 528 cases, with a positive rate of 66.29%, of which 171 were positive for EV71, the positive rate was 32.39%; 85 were positive for CoxA16, the positive rate was 16.10%; 94 were positive for other enterovirus positive rates were 17.80 %. In 67 cases of severe cases, 47 were positive, the positive rate was 70.15%, of which 37 were positive for EV71, the positive rate was 55.22%; 3 for CoxA16 positive rate was 4.48%; for other enterovirus positive 7, the positive rate was 10.45%. Conclusion The main pathogen of chordosis in Xuchang City in 2012 was EV71 type. The severe cases were predominantly EV71 and there was a high proportion of other unknown pathogens.
