环状染色体在急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)中甚为罕见,Christine Cabrol等曾报道过1例,国内尚未见类似发现。1985年我们在进行ALL染色体研究中发现1例,同时进行了常规、G显带和SCE的研究,现报告如下。患儿男,13个月,1985年因面黄20多天、食欲差而就诊。体检发现面色苍白,颌下及腹股沟淋巴结肿大,皮肤粘膜未见出血点,肝脏肋下1.5cm,脾脏肋下3cm,无骨痛及纵隔肿块。实验室检查:外周血(PB)RBC220万,Hb7g,WBC8000,N4％,M4％,L30％,幼稚细胞62％,Plt7万,
Cyclic chromosomes are rare in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). One case was reported by Christine Cabrol et al. No similar finding was found in China. In 1985, we conducted an ALL chromosome study found in 1 case, while the conventional, G-banding and SCE research, are as follows. Children male, 13 months, 1985 due to face yellow more than 20 days, poor appetite and treatment. Physical examination found pale, submandibular and inguinal lymph nodes, skin and mucous membrane no bleeding point, the liver rib 1.5cm, spleen rib 3cm, no pain and mediastinal mass. Laboratory tests: Peripheral blood (PB) RBC 2.2 million, Hb7g, WBC8000, N4%, M4%, L30%, immature cells 62%, Plt7 million,
