目的了解和掌握金山区2010—2013年放射工作人员外照射个人剂量情况。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法,对金山区2010—2013年接受外照射个人剂量监测的放射工作人员进行监测。结果金山区2010—2013年共监测放射工作人员1 159人次,4年总体剂量当量为0.882人/Sv,人均年有效剂量为0.761 m Sv/a,年剂量低于2 m Sv者占总监测人次数的95.43%,4年内无一人年剂量超过20 m Sv。在不同工种放射工作人员中,从事X射线工业探伤和X射线诊断的人员的集体剂量当量和人均年有效剂量分别为0.538人/Sv、0.290人/Sv和0.813 m Sv/a、0.751 m Sv/a,二者是集体剂量的主要贡献者。结论近4年来,金山区放射工作人员外照射个人剂量总体处于比较低的水平,均远低于国家标准规定的年剂量限值,同时应进一步加强对工业探伤企业的监管。
Objective To understand and grasp the personal dose of radiation workers in Jinshan District from 2010 to 2013. Methods A thermoluminescence dose measurement method was used to monitor the radiation workers in Jinshan District who were monitored by external dose of personal radiation during 2010-2013. Results A total of 1 159 radiological workers were monitored in Jinshan District in 2010-2013. The total dose equivalent of 4 years was 0.882 person / Sv, the annual average effective dose was 0.761 m Sv / a, and the annual dose was less than 2 m Sv. 95.43% of the number, no one in 4 years annual dose of more than 20 m Sv. Among the radiographers in different occupations, the collective dose equivalent and per capita effective dose of X-ray industrial inspection and X-ray diagnosis were 0.538 persons / Sv, 0.290 persons / Sv and 0.813 m Sv / a respectively, and 0.751 mSv / a, both are major contributors to the collective dose. Conclusion In the recent 4 years, the personal exposure dose of radiological workers in Jinshan District is generally lower than the annual dose limits stipulated by national standards. At the same time, it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision over industrial testing enterprises.
