目的:探讨分析诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤应用尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验的价值.方法:于2016年10月至2017年12月期间,随机抽取我院收治的早期糖尿病患者50例展开分析,将之纳入观察组,同期抽取健康体检者50例纳入对照组,对两组患者尿糖与尿微量白蛋白进行联合检验,比较分析两组检验结果.结果:观察组的尿糖平均含量、尿微量白蛋白平均含量均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:临床诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤采用尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验效果理想,与健康体检者差异显著,诊断作用明确,值得推广.
