目的:探讨急诊床旁超声在急诊疑似心脏疾病患者中的应用价值.方法:选取本院收治110例疑似心脏疾病患者,进行急诊床旁超声的心动图监测,结合临床诊断结果分析超声心动图的资料

目的:探讨急诊床旁超声在急诊疑似心脏疾病患者中的应用价值.方法:选取本院收治110例疑似心脏疾病患者,进行急诊床旁超声的心动图监测,结合临床诊断结果分析超声心动图的资料.结果:急诊床旁超声检出的阳性患者107例,床旁超声诊断的阳性率97.27％,当中93例患者超声诊断心血管异常,9例患者超声诊断胸腔积液,5例超声检测未见有异常.结合临床的诊断结果,超声诊断相符心脏疾病79例,诊断符合率为74.3％,其余31例患者均经过修正或者改变临床的诊断决策结果.结论:急诊床旁超声在急诊疑似心脏疾病患者中的诊断以及鉴别中提供了相对快捷、安全且可靠的资料,急诊床旁超声具极其重要的临床价值.
