目的:探讨关节置换术应用在老年股骨颈骨折中的效果.方法:选择我院2016年8月—2017年12月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者126例作为研究对象,入选对象有完整资料,愿意配合研究,均接受关节置换术治疗,回顾性分析他们的资料,总结住院时间,术前与术后髋关节功能评分,以及并发症情况.结果:本组患者住院时间为16.56±2.35d;术后髋关节功能评分明显高于术前(P＜0.05)术后并发症发生5例.结论:关节置换术应用在老年股骨颈骨折患者中能取得不错的效果,住院时间短,髋关节功能改善显著,且并发症少,值得借鉴.
