随着国防建设的发展,原σs≥30kg/mm~2的2 Cr_(18)Ni_(11)Ti钢种在具有无磁、压扁、耐海水性能前提下,强度已经逐渐不能适应需要。国防部门迫切需要具有原牌号相同性能,而又具有σs≥40kg/mm~2高强度不锈钢新钢种。经过钢种筛选和半工业性实验并于78年7月在海上实地考核和经有关部门鉴定证明,我们研制的906奥氏体高度强无磁不锈管在具有原牌号2 Cr_(18)Ni_(11)Ti相同性能前提下具有较高的抗振、抗弯性能。
With the development of national defense construction, the strength of 2 Cr 18 Ni 11 Ti steel with original σs≥30kg / mm ~ 2 can not adapt to the needs under the condition of non-magnetic, crushed and seawater resistant. Defense departments urgently need to have the same performance of the original grade, but with σs ≥ 40kg / mm ~ 2 high strength stainless steel new steel. After the steel screening and semi-industrial experiments and in July 78 at the sea field assessment and the identification of the relevant departments proved that we developed the 906 austenitic stainless steel tube with high strength in the original grade 2 Cr_ (18) Ni_ (11) Ti under the premise of the same performance with high anti-vibration, bending performance.
