本文以宏观经济周期波动理论为出发点,探析了宏观经济周期波动下国有经济功能的定位,总结了现阶段我国经济增长与不同类型经济形式发展的特征,以状态空间的可变参数模型的计量结果为依据,比较研究了宏观经济波动下不同类型经济形式对经济增长的动态作用机理。研究结果表明,我国的国有经济对经济健康平稳发展发挥了保驾护航的作用,且混合所有制应该是我国国有企业改革的一个发展方向,同时应进一步加快集体企业的改革,而对于“三资”企业则既应制定严格的监管制度,也要积极完善国内市场的投资环境。
Based on the theory of macroeconomic cycle volatility, this paper analyzes the positioning of state-owned economic functions under macroeconomic cyclical fluctuations and summarizes the characteristics of economic growth and the development of different types of economic forms at present in our country. Taking the measurement results of variable parameter model of state space, As a basis for a comparative study of the dynamic mechanism of different types of economic forms on economic growth under macroeconomic fluctuations. The results show that the state-owned economy of our country has played a role in escorting a healthy and steady economy. And mixed ownership should be a development direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. At the same time, the reform of collective enterprises should be further accelerated, "Enterprises should not only establish a strict regulatory system, but also actively improve the investment environment in the domestic market.
