目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病颈痈的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例,对照组22例。治疗组采用活血解毒、益气养阴,和营托毒之中药内服,配合抗生素消炎及外敷药治疗;对照组只用抗生素消炎,常规换药治疗。结果:治疗组在患者临床症状的缓解、疼痛的改善及总有效率等方面效果明显优于对照组。差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病颈痈疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic neck disease. Methods: 61 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 39 cases, control group 22 cases. The treatment group was treated with promoting blood circulation and detoxification, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, and orally administrating traditional Chinese medicine with antiepidemic drugs, with antiinflammatory and external application of antibiotics. The control group was treated with antibiotic anti-inflammatory and conventional dressing change. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving clinical symptoms, improving the pain and improving the total effective rate. The difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine for the treatment of diabetic neck disease significant effect.
