随着我国教育系统发展的要求,尤其在国家大力提倡科教兴国以后,教育工作系统把重心逐步下放到农村基层中去,尤其是全国教育工作都在相应德智体美劳前面发展的前提下,只侧重理论学科教育的旧式模式已很不符合现代教育发展的需求。尤其在最近几年中,国家提倡在大学中校园中部分攻读体育教育科目的人才到农村基层中去任职施教,把他们在校所学的常用体育知识在农村基层中发展开来。
