近日省政府下发通知,调整全省最低工资标准,并发布2015年企业工资指导线。从2015年3月1日起,全省月最低工资标准按地区分别调整为:1600元、1450元、1300元,小时最低工资标准按地区分别调整为:16元、14.5元、13元,平均增幅7.41%(见下表);以2014年全省企业在岗职工平均工资为基数,2015年企业职工工资增长基准线确定为10%、上线为18%、下线为4%。这是我省连续6年调整最低工资标准,连续17年发布企业工资指导线,对于提高低工资职工的收入,引导企业建立工资正常增长机制将起到积极的促进作用。
Recently, the provincial government issued a circular to adjust the province's minimum wage and released the 2015 corporate wage guidelines. From March 1, 2015 onwards, the monthly minimum wage in the province will be adjusted to 1,600 yuan, 1,450 yuan and 1,300 yuan according to regions, respectively. The hourly minimum wage will be adjusted to 16 yuan, 14.5 yuan and 13 yuan according to regions. The average An increase of 7.41% (see the table below).
