In response to major issues in world mergers and acquisitions and reorganization in China, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the UN Industrial Development Organization will jointly hold the International Summit on M & A in Beijing from November 19 to November 20. Officials from SASAC said that this forum is the first large-scale international conference held since the establishment of SASAC and the first summit of cross-border mergers and acquisitions held by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in developing countries.
