人眼在适量的亮度闪光量刺激下所显现的眼电图可用于诊断眼科疾病,但过量的闪光量刺激会造成视觉的损伤。因此准确测定和控制眼电图仪的亮度闪光量对临床眼科学有着十分重要的意义。本文介绍的SFM-标准闪光量测定仪就是为校准视觉电生理检查与诊断系统(VETS,眼电图仪)的闪光量而专门研制的一种新型测量仪器。该仪器主要由成象式标准亮度计、专用放大器、快速采样DMM表、计算机等组成。可对眼电图仪的背景亮度及多种闪频下的闪光量进行自动测量和数据处理。背景光亮度和光亮度风光量的测量标准不确定度分别为2%和3%。
The eye of the human eye, stimulated by a moderate amount of flash light, can be used to diagnose ophthalmic diseases, but excessive amounts of flash light can cause visual damage.
