采用爆炸焊接方法制备复杂黄铜C46400-SA266MGr.2复合板,并对起爆点等未复合区进行耐蚀堆焊,焊后对焊接试板解剖进行了组织观察和性能检测。结果表明,C46400-SA266MGr.2铜-钢复合板耐蚀堆焊层焊缝及其热影响区的各项性能均满足铜-钢复合板标准的指标要求;测试结果显示,焊缝区的电阻率优于复层母材的;焊接热影响区晶粒度无粗大现象,堆焊区铜-钢界面无脆性相产生,组织均匀无异常。
The complicated brass C46400-SA266MGr.2 composite plate was prepared by explosive welding method, and the non-composite area such as the detonation point was subjected to corrosion-resistant surfacing. After welding, the anatomy of the welded test plate was observed and the performance was tested. The results show that the properties of the weld of the C46400-SA266MGr.2 corrosion resistant surfacing layer and the heat affected zone of the C46400-SA266MGr.2 copper clad steel meet the requirements of the standard of the copper-steel composite plate. The test results show that the resistance of the weld zone Rate is superior to the multi-layer base metal; the grain size of the heat-affected zone is not coarse, the brittle phase of the copper-steel interface in the surfacing zone is generated, and the structure is uniform and free of abnormalities.
