2008年5月29日,经武汉市中级人民法院调解,浙江德意厨具有限公司(以下简称“德意电器”)与中山市万家美电器有限公司、董才守、杨中伟就专利侵权纠纷一案达成协议,由中山市万家美电器有限公司、董才守、杨中伟赔偿我公司人民币4.2万元,并承诺今后不再发生侵犯本案专利权利的行为。
On May 29, 2008, mediation by Wuhan Intermediate People’s Court, Zhejiang German Italian Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “German Electric Appliance”) and Zhongshan Wanjiamei Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., Dong Caishou and Yang Zhongwei Dispute reached an agreement by the Zhongshan million US Electric Co., Ltd., Dongcai Shou, Yang Zhongwei compensation for my company 42,000 yuan, and promised not to infringe the patent rights in the case of the act.
