采用射频磁控溅射法 ,在 Ti- 6Al- 4V合金基体上制备了羟基磷灰石 ( HA)及 HA和Ti O2 复合薄膜。通过显微压入法及粘结拉伸法 ,定量及定性分析了涂层与基体之间的结合强度 ,重点探讨了涂层在热处理前后结合强度的变化规律。结果表明 ,几种材料膜 -基结合强度均达到 1 5~ 2 0 MPa,完全满足生物涂层材料的使用性能要求
Hydroxyapatite (HA) and composite films of HA and Ti O2 were prepared on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by RF magnetron sputtering. The bonding strength between the coating and the substrate was quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by micro-press-in method and adhesion-stretching method. The variation of the bonding strength of the coating before and after heat treatment was discussed. The results show that the bonding strength of several materials reaches 15 ~ 20 MPa, which fully meets the performance requirements of biological coating materials
