近几年来,微机在工业锅炉上的应用日趋成熟,其控制算法已发展到自寻优、自适应调节控制,使得燃烧系统的自控调节能力和节能效果有明显提高,从而带来的经济效益也十分可观。本文介绍的系统采用目前先进通用的STD工业控制计算机,系统结构严紧,性能优良,节能效果良好,并已投入实际运行。一、系统硬件配置及特点主机CPU为V20(80C88),字长16位,主频7.14MHz,CPU极板为全CMOS芯片。图形/键盘板可配接三种监示器,即彩色高分辨率EGA(640×350),中分辨率CGA(640×200),黑白普通监示器。512kB半导体EPROM盘内有MS-DOS,RTX操作系统及CCDOS4.0,全部应用程序。程序监视器(看门狗)板监视定时时间在毫秒至小时级任意选择。
