管线中的钢管线存在着氢蚀致脆问题。这是由于钢管长期置于含硫环境中 ,受到氢的侵蚀产生裂纹造成的。这给钢材在管线中的应用造成了障碍 ,也是管线中不能大量使用钢管的主要原因。本文对钢管线的氢蚀致脆问题进行了研究 ,提出了处理新技术 :制造高纯度、高清洁度、耐酸蚀的钢。这将使钢材的应用有更广阔的前景 ,也将使耐酸钢管制造技术有一个质的飞跃。
There is a hydrogen erosion and brittleness problem in the pipeline in the pipeline. This is due to long-term steel placed in a sulfur-containing environment, the hydrogen erosion caused by cracks. This poses an obstacle to the application of steel in the pipeline and also the main reason that the pipeline can not be used in large quantities.
