江西在中国历史上是一个有着悠久文明的地方,在中国封建文明时期十万进士中江西就占到十分之一。江西厚重的农耕文化的历史传统在为这片土地带来富足的同时,也留下了自然经济的历史负担。在改革开放逐渐深化的进程中,我们发现江西的步伐开始显得日益沉重,江西落后了。但这一切在3年前开始悄然发生变化。江西经济开始摆脱了多年增长迟缓的局面,2001年国内生产总值增长8.8%,而在紧接着的2002、2003和2004年,连续三年实现了两位数的高增长,2004年的增长更达到了13.2%。江西经济几年间的高速增长让很多人都跌破了眼镜。
Jiangxi is a place with a long history of civilization in Chinese history. One hundredth, one thousandth, of the jinshi of Jiangxi Province took the place of feudal civilization in China.
