用硫酸-苯酚法[1]测定了一贯煎中糖的含量。结果表明:该方剂中含有较多的多糖,为进一步研究该方剂的临床药理作用提供了依据。
The sulphuric acid-phenol method [1] was used to determine the amount of sugar in the pan. The results showed that the formula contains more polysaccharides, which provides a basis for further study of the clinical pharmacological effects of the formula.
