我院自1989年2月～1998年3月共收治胸部创伤213例,现总结如下:1 临床资料本组213例患者,男167例,女46例;年龄13岁～78岁,平均34.4岁,以25岁～45岁年龄组居多,共154例,占72.3%,致伤主要原因为车祸、工伤事故、斗殴、牲畜撞伤等;其中肋骨骨折79例,气胸、血胸及血气胸42例,肺挫伤、裂伤36例,连枷胸17例,心脏大血管损伤4例,主支气管断裂伤2例和复合伤33例(伴腹部脏器损伤17例,颅内出血、颅骨骨折3例、四肢骨折11例和烧伤2例)。
