本文着重介绍既掺粉煤灰又掺外加剂的混凝土(简称“双掺”混凝土)的施工体会。浙江省奉化亭下水库大坝高76.5米,坝顶总长319米,坝内不埋冷却水管,也不设并缝灌浆设施。大坝混凝土工程量约53万立米。该工地5月下旬到9月下旬日平均气温为21～28℃,最高气温达39～40℃,冬季最低气温零下7℃。该大坝始浇于78年11月,并于79年7月采用“双掺”混凝土。粉煤灰施工采用干掺法、半湿掺法和湿掺法三种施工工艺。在已浇的50.165万立米大坝混凝土中,使用了粉
This article focuses on the construction experience of concrete with both fly ash and admixture (abbreviated as “double-blended” concrete). The dam of the Tingxia Reservoir in Fenghua, Zhejiang Province is 76.5 meters high and the total length of the dam is 319 meters. No cooling water pipes are buried in the dam, and no joint grouting facilities are provided. Dam concrete works about 530,000 meters. From the end of May to the end of September, the average temperature of the site is 21-28°C, the maximum temperature is 39-40°C, and the minimum winter temperature is minus 7°C.
