报告了１ 例双侧腮腺不同病理类型肿瘤的病例并结合文献进行回顾性分析。双侧腮腺不同病理类型肿瘤的病例中一侧为腺淋巴瘤， 另一侧为多形性腺瘤的占多数， 且易被误诊， 而临床表现、９９ ｍＴＣ显像、细针吸细胞学检查有助于对该类型病例的诊断及鉴别诊断。双侧肿瘤及腮腺叶切除术是保证首次手术彻底性的有效方法。
