通过对32Mn2SiV钢的前轴和转向节臂的实物锻造试验、金相组织检验以及与原调质件的实物疲劳寿命对比试验结果表明,采用32Mn2SiV钢锻造前轴和转向节臂并省去调质处理工艺是可行的。前轴的实物疲劳寿命达到了50号钢调质水平,转向节臂经适当工艺处理后实物疲劳寿命高于现生产的30Cr钢调质水平。
Through the physical forging test, the metallographic examination and the actual fatigue life comparison with the original modified parts of the 32Mn2SiV steel, the results show that the use of 32Mn2SiV steel forging the front axle and steering knuckle arm and eliminating the need for quenching Processing technology is feasible.
