本文对加工中心钻削过程功率信号的特征进行了分析。基于实际生产中变切削参数的工况,建立了切削参数变化识别专家系统,提出并采用了功率数据的“归原处理”思想。由此建立的钻头磨损在线监控系统经过生产环境的实验验证,能排除切削参数变化的干扰。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the power signal during the drilling process in the machining center. Based on the working conditions of variable cutting parameters in actual production, an expert system of cutting parameter variation identification was established, and the idea of “returning to the original” was put forward and adopted. The established drill wear on-line monitoring system through the experimental verification of the production environment, can eliminate the interference of changes in cutting parameters.
