开场白：远在黑龙江的段先生是本栏的热心作者，仅对“历史能否戏说”一题，就于５月、８月、９月三次来稿；段先生又是挚爱《北京档案》的外地读者，他已率先订阅将于明年推出国际版本的《北京档案》。面对这样好的作者和读者，阿昆深受感动：它表明《北京档案》不但是首都档案人的必读刊物，也正在成为全国档案人喜欢的刊物。尊敬的段先生和所有喜欢《北京档案》、关注《每期一辩》的读者、作者，谢谢你们了。
Opening Remarks: Mr. Duan, who is far away in Heilongjiang Province, is an avid author in this column. He just wrote a question on “Can History Be Spearbound” and wrote it three times in May, August and September; Mr. Duan is also a field devoted to Beijing Archives Readers, he has taken the lead in subscribing to the Beijing version of the file, which will be released next year.
