各种燃煤的工业炉窑和锅炉排出的烟温较高,燃料热的相当大部分未加利用,此即排烟热损失。其简化计算的各种经验公式已被应用,与详细的理论计算相比,它们具有公式简单、计算方便的优点,但因没有考虑煤质成份变化,所以准确度不高。本文将以理论计算为出发点,用我国常用煤质资料经计算整理,提出一个适用于不同煤种成份、含水份多、排烟温度高的经验公式。
A variety of coal-fired industrial kilns and boilers emit high temperature flue gas, a substantial part of the fuel heat is not used, that is, heat loss of smoke. The various empirical formulas of simplified calculation have been applied. Compared with the detailed theoretical calculation, they have the advantages of simple formula and convenient calculation. However, their accuracy is not high because they have not considered the change of coal composition. Based on the theoretical calculation, this paper will calculate and formulate the commonly used coal materials in our country, and put forward an empirical formula suitable for different coal components, containing more water and having a higher exhaust gas temperature.
