本文研究低碳钢及低碳合金钢(20钢、15MnVB钢)淬火工艺参数与组织形态、机械性能的关系。试验结果表明:低碳钢及低碳合金钢经淬火获得低碳马氏体组织之后,能获得较高的强度和塑性、韧性的配合,并且优于中碳调质状态;热处理工艺参数对淬火之后的低碳马氏体组织形态和性能都有较大的影响。
In this paper, the relationship between quenching process parameters and microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel (20 steel, 15MnVB steel) was studied. The results show that the low-carbon martensitic microstructure of low-carbon steel and low-carbon alloy steel obtained after quenching can obtain higher strength and plasticity, toughness and better than the quenched state of medium carbon; heat treatment process parameters on the quenching After the low-carbon martensite morphology and performance have a greater impact.
