最近一个多月以来,大白菜价格一路看涨,相比去年同期上涨了1倍多。虽然价格大幅上涨,但并没有影响到大白菜的市场热度,在全国多地市场,大白菜的销量依然成倍上扬。有关分析师认为,极端天气的影响和市场需求的旺盛,是推动菜价上涨的主要原因。建议手上有货源的种植户随行出货,现在价格已经是个比较高的价位。经销商控制货源采购量,囤货量不要过大,天气转暖,春白菜上市量增大,价格有走低可能。
