在无锡兴盛项目中,我负责设计了一台THF储罐,后期需要增加梯子平台等附件。梯子平台的作用是供使用者进入罐顶操作或日常巡检。THF储罐高约9米,我参照最新的国标要求,理所当然地设计了一个单级直爬梯。图纸完成后,进入审核阶段,我的师傅樊跃忠很坚决地要求我增加一个中间平台以供休息。我当时很迷惑,国标中明确表示单级梯高不宜大于10米,我设计的梯子只有9米,完全满足国标要求,为什么需要增加一段看似多余的中间平台呢?接下来师傅的一番悉心讲解让我明白了其中的原由。

I was very confused, the national standard made it clear that a single ladder should not be greater than 10 meters high, I designed the ladder only 9 meters, fully meet the national standard, why do we need to add a seemingly redundant middle platform? Explain let me understand the reason.
