受信息产业部政策法规司正式委托,从3月27日开始,《通信世界》杂志社将连续举办6期“中国通估运营业WTO基础知识培训”。目前,培训的第一期和第二期已分别在北京和三亚成功举行,为了让更多的业界读者了解培训的内容,掌握WTO知识,学习WTO规则,探索电信业应对WTO的措施,本刊记者特地对这两期培训所讲授的内容进行了综合整理,刊登出来以飨读者。
By the Ministry of Information Industry Policy and Regulation Department formally commissioned, from March 27 onwards, “Communications World” magazine will be held in six consecutive “China through assessment of basic knowledge of WTO operations training.” At present, the first and second phases of the training have been successfully held in Beijing and Sanya respectively. In order to let more readers in the industry understand the contents of training, acquire knowledge of the WTO, learn WTO rules and explore measures taken by the telecommunications industry to deal with the WTO, Reporter specifically for the two lectures taught by the contents of a comprehensive arrangement, published to readers.
