“5406”抗生菌肥是我国于解放后自己搞出来的一种菌肥,经在全国范围内大面积推广使用以后,证明它具有提高土壤肥力,促进作物生长和抗病驱虫等作用,只要菌肥质量高,施用得法,均有明显的增产作用。为了更进一步探讨“5406”抗生菌肥在武威地区施用的方法和效果,我们利用1975年在羊下坝公社支农和开门办学的机会,在公社党委和各有关大队支部领导下,与广大贫下中农结合,共同进行试验。三月间先后为9个生产队堆制了优质的“5406”抗生菌肥万余斤,除在一部分大田施用外,还在各队种植了试验田、进行观察对比。现在试验田小麦已经收打完毕,从我们所掌握的五个生产队“5406”抗生菌肥的试验材料来看,凡是施用了“5406”抗生菌肥的均有较大幅度的增产。上二沟六队在0.11亩土地上施用了30斤“5406”抗生菌肥,所种植的甘麦5号,实产70斤,折合亩产648斤,比对照田增产24.4%。上双八队的试验田以亩施300、400、500、600斤“5406”抗生菌肥者,所种植的甘麦12号,均比对照的增产21——37%。四沟四队施了“5406”抗生菌肥的试验田所种植的甘麦8号比对照增产11%。除了小面积的试验田有明显的增产效果以外,即在大田上施用了
