工会经审干部的素质能力决定着工会经审工作质量。今年以来,太原铁路局工会经审办采取深入基层单位工会与工会干部、经审委员座谈交流、发放调查统计表、查看基础资料等形式,对全局基层工会经费审查委员会委员(以下统称经审干部)的素质、能力情况进行了一次集中调查分析。本文结合这次调查情况,就加强基层工会经审干部素质能力建设,提升基层工会经审干部履职能力谈几点看法。
