“农业、农村、农民”问题一直是关系我国经济发展和社会稳定的重要问题,农村财务管理问题始终是农民关心的热点问题。而村级财务管理的好坏,直接影响到农村集体经济的健康发展和农村社会的政治稳定。当前,随着农村改革不断深入,农村经济组织、经济结构、利益主体和分配方式日趋多元化,农村财务管理工作复杂性日益增强,还有相当一部分村财务管理基础薄弱,秩序混乱,成为摆在基层党委政府面前的一项紧迫任务。本文论述了村级财务管理存在的问题,产生的原因,并提出了相关建议。
The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and peasants” has always been an important issue concerning the economic development and social stability in our country. The issue of rural financial management has always been a hot topic of concern to peasants. The quality of village-level financial management directly affects the healthy development of rural collective economy and the political stability of rural society. At present, with the continuous deepening of rural reform, the rural economic organizations, economic structures, stakeholders and distribution patterns are increasingly diversified, and the complexity of rural financial management is increasingly increasing. There is also a considerable part of the village that has a weak foundation for financial management and disorderly order, An urgent task facing the grassroots party committees and governments. This article discusses the problems existing in the village-level financial management, the causes and the related suggestions.
