追踪高职学生就业现状,了解高职学生就业过程中遇到的相关问题,并通过企业走访、电话访谈、问卷调查等方式,适时关注与了解学生就业动态,认真听取学生在企业的毕业学生实习过程中对学校开设的相应专业课程的意见及看法,通过收集学生反馈的宝贵意见的分析,学校应及时调整对应的专业人才培养方案,使得培养方案的修订与调整不断适应并满足用人单位的岗位需求。企业岗位所需的专业知识在不断更新,学校的专业培养方案一般要用三五年或者更长时间,学生在校内学习的知识有脱离市场的现象,不能够与市场相对应,通过高职毕业生就业现状调查,可以更好的了解企业的需求,让学校教学与企业岗位所需知识相对应,使学生在学校学到的知识真正可以直接用到岗位中去,做到学以致用。
