随着高职院校生源数量的不断增加,有关学生思想法律问题开始不断加剧,严重情况下更导致犯罪行为出现,种种迹象都证明着当前我国高职院校法律教育的薄弱迹象。究竟怎样改善高职生思想法律意识,预防一切犯罪行为滋生,如今已经成为社会各界广泛关注的话题。于是,笔者决定以高职院校法制教育作为基础点,进行长期以来法制教育遗留问题全面化提炼整理,同时结合个人实践经验制定妥善化应对策略。
With the increasing number of students in higher vocational colleges, the students’ thinking and legal issues are beginning to aggravate, and in more serious cases they lead to criminal behaviors. All the evidences show the weak signs of legal education in higher vocational colleges at present. How to improve the ideological and legal awareness of higher vocational students to prevent all criminal acts breed, now has become a topic of widespread concern in the community. As a result, the author decided to take the legal education in higher vocational colleges as the basic point, to conduct a comprehensive refining of the legacy of legal education for a long time, and to formulate a proper coping strategy based on personal practical experience.
