干部生活在社会之中,也可能出现这样那样的心理问题。特别是在面对逆境、突发事件及重大家庭变故时,一些同志会表现出焦虑、浮躁、恐惧等症状,这些心理问题如果得不到一定方式的疏导和宣泄,势必影响干部的身心健康,给工作造成隐患。对干部进行心理疏导,必须把握干部思想变化的关节点。比如,当干部在工作中遇到重大挫折、身患重大疾病、家庭出现重大变故、职务调整、犯了严重错误、即将退出领导岗位时,都需要上级和有关部门做好心理疏导工作。
