公平贸易是WTO的重要原则之一。WTO实施“促进公平竞争与贸易原则”,反对采取不公正的贸易手段,尤其是不能以倾销和补贴方式销售产品。在实施公平贸易方面,行业协会该发挥重要作用。
Fair trade is one of the important principles of the WTO. The WTO enforces “the principle of promoting fair competition and trade” and opposes unfair trade measures. In particular, it can not sell products on the basis of dumping and subsidies. Industry associations play an important role in implementing fair trade.
