餐桌文化、饭局社交堪称是中国自古以来官场、商场文化的精髓所在。在中国式政治和日常交往中,饭局从来就不是单纯的饭局,而是联系着错综复杂的关系网和利益链。综艺节目“谁来一起午餐”让人津津乐道,甚至羡慕那些脱颖而出的有为青年终于如愿以偿,与高瞻远瞩的投资家共进午餐,从此开始不一样的事业和人生。可以肯定的是,职场上90%的人都没有想过要主动约请上司一起共进午餐,这是因为我们常常保持着与上司的远距离关系,尽量不要与上司正面接触是办公室生存之道。但如果我们跨出这一步,在轻松就餐氛围里与上司聊些心里话,那这顿餐将有非凡的“美味”意义。
