microRNAs是一类非编码小分子RNA,在转录后水平调节靶基因表达,具有调控细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等生物学功能。新近研究发现microRNAs在心脏生理及病理过程中发挥重要作用:microRNA可作用于特定蛋白介导先天性心脏病发生,通过促进心肌细胞异常增生参与心脏重构进程,microRNA还可调控离子通道蛋白表达促进心律失常发生。
MicroRNAs, a class of non-coding small RNAs, regulate the expression of target genes at the post-transcriptional level and have the biological functions of regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Recent studies have found that microRNAs play an important role in cardiophysiological and pathological processes: microRNAs can act on specific proteins to mediate congenital heart disease and participate in cardiac remodeling by promoting the abnormal proliferation of cardiomyocytes. MicroRNA also regulates ion channel protein expression Arrhythmia occurs.
