基于已有的实验结果,应用Miner线性累积损伤法则推导了在多级载荷作用下,疲劳寿命统计参数的精确计算公式,考虑了材料热处理、结构尺寸以及外载荷的分散性对结构疲劳寿命统计参数的影响,所推导公式计算结果与实验吻合较好。给出了结构连接件在复合应力作用下多模式疲劳寿命的线性安全边界方程,因方程中所包含的变量被转化成了正态分布的变量,故所算得的每个模式的可靠度是精确的。对结构体系的破坏概率随寿命相关系数变化的规律亦进行了研究。
Based on the existing experimental results, the accurate calculation formula of statistical parameters of fatigue life under multi-stage load is derived by using Miner’s linear cumulative damage law. The statistical parameters of structural fatigue life are taken into account by considering the material heat treatment, the structural size and the dispersion of external loads. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The linear safety boundary equations of the multi-mode fatigue life of structural connectors under complex stress are given. Since the variables contained in the equations are transformed into the variables of normal distribution, the reliability of each mode calculated is accurate of. The failure probability of structural system is also studied with the law of the correlation coefficient of life expectancy.
