通过对上海市市体校女子足球队97、98年龄段,99、00年龄段的女足运动员的数量、来源、足球训练年限及参加比赛状况、文化学习情况、运动动机、未来去向等方面进行调查分析,找出影响上海市市体校女子足球后备人才发展的因素,提出通过更新家长就业观念、加强媒体宣传力度、加强对女足教练员的培训、提高教练员的业务素质和敬业精神、科学合理的训练、重视运动员的文化学习、妥善解决队员退役工作安置等有利于上海市市体校女子足球队后备人才发展的对策。
