一、背景我国严寒和寒冷地区面积占全国的70%,建筑面积占50%左右。近20年来,随着房屋建设规模日益扩大,设置采暖空调的日趋增大。该地区气候寒冷,采暖期长,每年都要消耗大量的采暖能耗。因此迫切需要以建筑设计节能标准为抓手,进一步推动建筑节能工作的深入开展和建筑节能技术进步。由中国建筑科学研究院主持修订的《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》JGJ
First, the background China’s cold and cold areas account for 70% of the country, the construction area of about 50%. In the recent 20 years, with the increasing scale of housing construction, the installation of heating and air conditioning is increasing day by day. The climate is cold and the heating period is long, consuming a large amount of heating energy every year.
