从图书馆“藏、借、阅一体化”的管理模式角度,统计分析读者群体、读者阅览图书的类别等方面的情况,指出高校图书馆的读者群体主要是学生,学生中以文科学生为主,取阅的图书多是社科类图书。“藏、借、阅一体化”促使读者的借书量增长,加上读者取阅下架的图书增加,使得图书归架的工作量加大。同时也对管理人员的工作提出更高的要求,即必须改变服务理念、加强服务规范。
From the perspective of the management model of “integrating, borrowing and reading”, the author statistically analyzed the groups of readers and the types of books viewed by readers. It pointed out that the readers of university libraries are mainly students, and that students are mainly composed of liberal arts students Most of the books we read are social science books. “Tibet, borrow, read integration” to promote the reader’s borrowing growth, coupled with the reader access to the books to increase the shelf, making the workload of the book to increase the ancillary.
