目的:探讨手法复位和小夹板固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:应用手法复位、小夹板固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折。结果:本组病例45例经随访3~9个月,优33例,良8例,优良率达到90%。结论:手法复位和小夹板固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折方法简单,安全可靠,还避免了手术感染及2次手术取内固定之弊,是治疗该种骨折的首选方法。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of manual reduction and small splint fixation on supracondylar humerus fractures in children. Methods: The reduction of humerus supracondylar fractures was treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation. Results: 45 cases of this group were followed up for 3 to 9 months, 33 cases were excellent and 8 cases were good. The excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion: Manipulative reduction and small splint fixation for the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children is simple, safe and reliable. It also avoids the surgical infection and the disadvantages of internal fixation by two surgeries. It is the first choice for the treatment of such fractures.
