应该承认,到目前为止,我们对发声的基本知识还很贫乏,特别是对歌唱发声的生理机能研究得还很不够。因此,在歌喉职业病的防治中,还存在着许多问题,有待进一步探讨。我们从1972年11月～1974年儿月两年,对三个专业文艺演出单位、一个艺术专科学校戏剧系的歌唱戏曲演员、工农兵学员和声乐教员共约100多人,进行了发声器官的普查,并对其中喉部有病变者进行了较有系统的治疗观察。对这些问题,有一些初步的认识和体会。
It should be acknowledged that so far, our basic knowledge of vocalization is still very poor, especially for the physiological function of vocal singing is still not enough. Therefore, in the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in singing voice, there are still many problems to be further explored. From November 1972 to February 1974, we conducted a total of about 100 singing and drama performers, workers and peasants and soldiers and vocal music teachers in three professional theatrical units, an arts college drama department, Census, and in which the throat lesions were more systematic observation. There are some preliminary understandings and experiences on these issues.
