由于地铁是一个复杂的大系统,各个环节之间又相互联系、相互影响、相互制约,所有环节都应围绕安全运营开展工作。地铁安全涉及诸多方面,需要利用系统工程理论和技术,建立地铁运营安全的综合保障体系。近年来,我国城市规模不断扩大,城市人口快速增长,机动化出行增长很快,交通拥堵已经成为城市可持续发展面临的重要问题,城市轨道交通作为一种大容量、便捷、环保的城市公共交通方式,在缓解城市交通拥堵,优化完善城市空间布局,提高人民生活质量等方面,发挥了重要作用。
