本研究以功能语言学评价系统为理论框架,以企业风险话语为语料,采用语料库方法提取CEO使用的评价标记语,建立结构方程模型,考察不同类别的评价标记语是否能够反映企业CEO的风险认知。结果发现:企业风险话语中出现6类评价标记语(情感标记语、判别标记语、鉴赏标记语、扩展标记语、公告标记语和否认标记语),CEO使用这些评价标记语表达对风险可怕性、风险可能性、风险可控性和风险可见性的认知。6类评价标记语全部进入模型,能够在很大程度上反映CEO风险认知,从而证明结构方程模型是考察话语指标与某一社会、经济现象(问题)之间因果关系的有效方法,可以应用到未来商务话语研究中。
In this study, the functional linguistic assessment system as the theoretical framework, enterprise risk discourse as a corpus, the use of corpus method to extract the CEO’s use of evaluation markers, the establishment of structural equation model to examine different types of evaluation markers can reflect the CEO’s risk identification know. The results show that there are six types of evaluation markers (emotional markers, discriminant markers, appreciation markers, extended markers, announcement markers and deny markers) in the corporate risk discourse. The CEO uses these evaluation markers to express the scary risk , Likelihood of risk, risk controllability and visibility of risk. All 6 types of evaluation markers enter the model, which can largely reflect the CEO’s risk perception. This proves that the structural equation model is an effective way to examine the causal relationship between the indicators of discourse and some social and economic phenomena (problems) and can be applied To the future of business discourse research.
