一、大型景气的消退从1986年起,日本出现了战后罕见的大型景气。这次景气是在人们毫无觉察的情况下到来的。从1985年到1986年上半年,日本的新闻报刊上还充斥着“日元升值萧条”之类的悲观论调,危机意识弥漫全国。从1986年秋季起,舆论一转而变为“日元升值大吉”、“大型景气呈现”等一派赞歌之声。著名经济学家铃木淑夫撰文指出,“这次日
