本文报道了近红外半导体激光直接倍频材料３－甲氧基－４－羟基苯甲醛（ＭＨＢＡ）单晶的生长，首次在乙醇／水，乙酸／水的溶剂中，生长出尺寸为７５×４０×１５ｍｍ￣３的优质单晶体，本文还对晶体生长中的缺陷和溶液的稳定性进行了讨论。提出了优质单晶生长的关键。
In this paper, the growth of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (MHBA) single crystal near-infrared semiconductor laser direct multiplication material has been reported. For the first time in a solvent of ethanol / water and acetic acid / water, × 15mm ~ 3 high-quality single crystal, this article also on the crystal growth defects and solution stability are discussed. The key to high quality single crystal growth is proposed.
